This extremely rare, hand-carved planter children's chair from Indonesia is a real eye-catcher!
FEATURES
- Authentic craftsmanship: Tropical hardwood frame of hand-carved teak with an open woven rattan seat.
- Regency style: Scrolled arms and an elegant curule base.
- Historic design: Perfectly designed for use on plantation verandas in the 19th century. Ideal for the tropics, where people sought coolness.

SPECIFICATIONS
- Dimensions: 36 cm wide, 63 cm deep, 54 cm high.
- Chair height: 18 cm.
- Period: 1890-1910.
- Origin: Indonesia, colonial style.
- Color: Brown.
- Condition: Very good. The rattan webbing is in immaculate new condition. The webbing is beautifully beautiful stretched and sturdy.
The woodwork and wood joints (with teak dowels) are also in excellent condition.
All rock solid and extremely stable.
