Magnificent, imposing table lamp, mid - Century Scandinavian design, large, relatively light, turned wood base, carved in the mass with large free wood ring. Mounted on the top, original (black) socket and wire screwed onto a washer at the top, large vintage shade in creamy white/off-white fabric (nylon?), ringed with gold and brown plastic at the base and at the top elongated, flattened shape. Base 37cm overall height, 15cm max. diameter (ring). 63cm total height with shade, 34-36cm max width shade, 20cm max depth shade. Wire length approx. 1m. Can be used as a floor lamp, but will also look great on a console or chest of drawers. Unsigned. Very good overall condition, two cracks in the wood at the base, rather unobtrusive, a few marks of rubbing and use, relatively unobtrusive, lampshade clean. Functional. Approx. 3.5kg.
