In 2005, Hella Jongerius designed the Jonsberg vase for IKEA (IKEA PS). The series, which is no longer in production, consists of four different designs and are made of both pottery and porcelain. The designs refer to different continents and craft techniques. Hella Jongerius is a Dutch industrial designer of international renown. She has designed/designed for KLM, Swarovski and Vitra, among others. Her work has been exhibited in several major international museums.
