Rare, decorative, Hispano-Moorish, Oriental-style wall plate in antique hand-crafted earthenware, circa 20-40, beige earthenware ornamented with red/copper gloss/metallic glazed Arabian geometric motifs. Hand-painted. Tall, hollow interior, with wide rim and umbilicus (raised center). 22cm diameter, 3cm high. Good overall condition, with a few original enamel flaws, one visible on the rim, two smaller, more discreet ones on the umbilicus. A few relatively unobtrusive micro-chips, a number of other traces of time such as small scratches, overall harmonious. Clasp and feet at rear. Approx. 700gr.
