Beautiful original Danish teak dining room table. The table can be extended by an ingenious system. Under the table top there is an extendable piece on either side, by pulling it out from under the top the top can be extended. This way you extend or shorten your dining room table in no time. When not extended, the large leaf lies like a lid over the extendable parts. The color difference between the extension pieces and the lid can be explained by the fact that these have been hidden under the leaf for a long time, they are all in very nice condition. The condition is very nice, without deep scratches on the large top, the traces of use are appropriate for the purpose and age who looks closely does of course see some scratches etc. but these are never noticeable or super conspicuous, in our own workshop this table has been refinished by our own craftsmen and again provided with a protective oil and hard wax layer. Very nicely finished and executed table, in popular color and wood species, and equipped with beautiful details. Beautiful solid and noble veneer parts of real wood. Also check out the details like the nicely sloping edges of the table top and the shape of the legs, a unique piece! The legs are easily removable for transport and moving if desired.
