Product description
Nice and pleasant work by Leijerzapf. 71 x 71 cm. Screen printing. and/or ref:MVK211860
Hans Leijerzapf was born in Leiden in 1951. In 1974 he graduated from the Royal Academy of Visual Arts in The Hague in graphics and painting. At the Academy, Hans already had a preference for anecdotal painting and drawing and believed that art should not be “elevated”, but rather part of society. Over the years he developed his style and choice of subjects. Hans Leijerzapf has a thing for men who are busy with everyday or unusual objects.
They are often awkward poses, as if the men are busy with something useless and the object does not matter at all.
Viewing is of course possible. You can find all information on our own website.
