Product description
The wall unit system no. 16 by RY- MOBLER is a mid-century jewel and a first-class design classic of Danish Modernism. * Designed in the 1950s by HANS WEGNER in Denmark. * The RY wall unit / shelving system model no. 16 impresses with its timeless modern design. * In this case, the wall unit consists of three high cabinets that can be positioned variably, the individual cabinets in turn consist of three individual smaller carcasses - these can also be positioned variably, so this wall unit set consists of 9 smaller carcasses. * The open shelf carcasses, the secretary carcass and the two practical drawer carcasses are special elements of this RY-16 wall unit model and are extraordinarily exclusive in this combination. * The RY16 system also impresses with its versatility, as each element can be flexibly positioned as desired and supplemented with other elements from the RY16 system. * Iconic model by Hans Wegner. * The cabinet elements are made of fine teak (real wood veneer) and have a captivatingly beautiful wood pattern. DIMENSIONS 1x cabinet element (with three small carcasses): Width 100 cm + height 240 cm + depth (lower carcase) 49 cm + depth (middle carcase) 33.5 cm + depth (upper carcase) 32 cm Total width when all 3 cabinets are together: 300 cm #Danish #Scandinavian Modern # Mid - Century #Vintage #Design classics

The object is in well-kept and more than good vintage condition with superficial and age-appropriate signs of wear on the teak surface. + These are occasional minor to medium surface scratches, minor bumps, nicks and defects on the veneer, but these are mostly angular. In addition, there are light and use-related color deviations of the teak wood. + Furthermore, there are apparently four - for cables neatly sawn out, small "holes / recesses" two each on two cabinets and very few - not obvious, smaller holes on the side and inside the cabinet wall. .... However, all these traces are usually only visible on closer inspection without being serious to be serious.....
