Very unique set of 4 dining chairs by J.A. Muntendam for LOV (Labor Omnia Vincit). The set dates from the 1920's and is made of oak with a black rib fabric as upholstery. The firm LOV was a well-known furniture factory at the time, making a name for itself in the history of Dutch applied art as a progressive firm in the field of furniture design. The chairs are clearly Hague School. The set is in solid and sound condition. the wooden frame has some light stains. With brand plate.
