Gustave Flasschoen (1868 - 1940) was a Belgian painter, watercolourist, draftsman, illustrator and graphic artist from the late 19th and early 20th centuries, specialized in landscapes and genre scenes.
This work is in good condition and is hand signed by the artist. Pictured is 2 boys teaching a Volendam girl to skate. It is a beautiful etching with the edition number of 24/50.
