The chromed plastic base supports a glass sphere with the typical Glashutte look to it. The texture of the glass gives the lamp not only a better look but makes sure it’ll cast and intricate shadow. Only minor user marks consistent with it’s age. It gives a great warm glow throughout the shade. Can easily be mounted on any wall with two screws. And you could even opt to hang it upside down as the sphere is locked in place by two screws.
