Dutch industrial design chair designed by A.R. Cordemeyer for Gispen in 1963. The chair, designed as a conference chair, is model 1265. The chair stands on a chrome-plated base and has a black imitation leather upholstery. The condition is vintage considering the age, small tear in the upholstery, it is visibly used (see detailed photos).
