Beautiful gispen dutch design sofa designed by A.R. Cordemeijer in the mid 1950s.
This colorful gispen sofa 1720 was recently upholstered with a beautiful colorful dirt-repellent, hard-wearing upholstery fabric. Matching armrest. Seating comfort is very good. A few small scratches on the back plate and around the legs but certainly not disturbing. Base is chromed this in contrast to the gispen sofa model 1721 which has a graphite black base. The total height of the sofa is 74 cm and seat height 40 cm. The width is 160 cm and depth 72 cm. Nice compact bench for example a tiny house or chalet.
The bench is easy to disassemble.
