Production number 069 circa 1970.
The chair was privately acquired after being used in the same household for over forty years. Originally in lacquered wood with a beige Gobelin fabric. Later she was painted black and fitted with ditto dark floral pattern.
The armchair was stripped, sanded and primed by me. Re-tinted with 2k lacquer in a scratch-resistant matte gray/green (RAL7002).
The original Pirelli webbing tires were reused and re-inflated. She was then coated with a 40mm layer of polypress and traditionally studded with a Kvadrat Steelcut Trio in the same green as the paint job (90% wool)
The seat cushion is constructed with a latex interior and upholstered with a more special fitting Nevada 50 fabric from de Ploeg (95% virgin wool).
Buttons and are in ditto fabric and the tassels are homemade from a 100% cotton yarn.
this chair is in perfect condition and should be used again.
