Rare designer sofa that can also be converted into a sofa bed

Condition: the sofa is in used condition. As shown in the pictures, there is very small hole in the fabric (1€ coin is added for reference). The last photo shows in the red circle where the hole is located. In addition, there are two very light stains on the seat surface that should be professionally cleaned (see photos).
