A beautiful armchair by Gispen and designed by W.H. Gispen around 1950. This chair, model "412," is an iconic Dutch design and very recognizable Gispen piece. The chrome-plated tubular metal frame gives the chair a beautiful, bauhaus-like style. The design of the frame gives it a floating appearance! The round shapes and black armrests add to the style and comfort. This striking piece of furniture still has the original soft, tufted fabric upholstery in a beautiful dark brown color. The armchair still looks great and has no signs of use.
