Very good condition, this beautiful designer bowl by Bodum by G. Sowden. Can be used as a showpiece or as a fruit bowl (or anything else). G. Sowden, an Englishman settled in Milan and a prominent figure of the Memphis group, met Carsten Jørgensen, product manager for the Swiss company Bodum AF, in 1987. This meeting led to the creation of a dinner service made of stainless steel. This fruit bowl/centerpiece is one of the emblematic objects from that collaboration, designed by George Sowden and published by Bodum in 1987.
