For sale set of 2 bronze torso,s (boy and girl) by painter and sculptor Fritz van Eeden (1944-2022) Both are signed About the artist Frits van Eeden (1944-2022) grows up in The Hague. He follows his professional training in The Hague and Amsterdam. After working in London for 3 years he leaves for the United States and after a "Best of" show he is offered a part-time job by the Brevard Art Centre and Museum in Melbourne, Florida. The first prize was a solo exhibition at the museum and a teaching job at the academy. In 1966, he became a working member of Pulchri Studio, an artists' association in The Hague. Through sculpting, his painting also has a three-dimensional influence and is very distinct. His works have been shown in many domestic and foreign exhibitions. Van Eeden worked as a painter and sculptor until 2022. His main theme is nature, from flowers and animals to people. Height of the figurines is 27 cm depth approx 5cm.
