Magnificent set consisting of a French, finely carved alabaster column in neoclassical style and an alabaster lamp with silk shade from the 1960s. The fine, hand-carved ornamentation of this column rises above elegant, ring-turned gun barrel columns resting on a square base. The soft colors of this combination vary from beige to pink and reflect the classic style of this ensemble. The alabaster pedestal lamp has a silk shade with gold embroidery around the edges and emits a wonderful, soft light. This column is a sculpture in its own right and an eye-catcher that harmonizes perfectly with classic furnishing styles.
