Original "Jean Maurice Rothschild Coffee Table" Hand-forged Iron and Marble Coffee table in Neoclassical Style from the 50s. Jean Maurice Rothschild (1902-1998) was an Interior Artist and Furniture Designer, renowned for his works on the Normandy Cruise Liner and the Eiffel Tower Restaurant. This exceptional, massive rectangular Coffee Table features a richly decorated forged Iron Frame in Neoclassical Style from the 50s. Originally painted black, it has aged into a genuine rust-colored patina, fitting the Neoclassical Aesthetic. The Table Top is made of teal marble with grey and beige veins, giving it a crystalline shine. The sturdy table stands on four outward-facing fins, ensuring stability. It is adorned with four grotesque figures/Sculptures cast of Composite-Wood . This unique and rare piece is perfect for your Living Loom, Patio, or Garden. The table is in nice vintage condition, with attractive surface rust on the frame, nearly all over.
