This is one of E. Sottsass's most interesting projects for “Memphis, Milano”. The color palette remains elegant, with a combination of black and red enhanced by gold leaf. Abet's wood veneers are gorgeous. This one is in very good condition, apart from a few scratches where the doors open and other minor injuries (see photos). Signed “Memphis” on the hinges.
