Fracture Relief Wall Lamp designed by Willem van Oyen for Raak in 1968. Cool beauty that is almost impossible to capture in words. Chunks of coarse glass whimsically broken and fused into plastic on a sleek mirror. The mirror lets no light through. The frosty plastic does. On broken surfaces it sparkles, flashes, mirrors and fascinates. Given its age, the lamp is in very good condition, only light tarnish on the mirror. The metal frame is marked, has original mounting plate and light signs of use.
