Product description
The classic Arco floor lamp from Flos was designed by Achille Castiglioni in 1962. This classic can be admired in the permanent exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. A timelessly elegant and very imposing arc lamp impresses with its size and weight. It weighs almost 64 kg due to the white Carrara marble base. A special feature of the arc lamp is the extendable shaft made of stainless steel, which can be used not only to change the appearance of the luminaire, but also the direction of the light distribution. The shaft can be extended and retracted telescopically, but has a small flaw in our lamp, as it was slightly dented in the area where it is fixed. (However, this does not detract from the beauty of the lamp in terms of function and can be repaired with a little skill, hence the reduced price). The lighting can also be adjusted using the adjustable and height-adjustable reflector made of polished, transparent lacquered cast aluminum. The Arco floor lamp has a floor switch for switching it on and off. The lamp is transported using a pole or broom handle, which can be inserted through the hole in the marble base. The arc lamp is ideal for living areas, dining areas, waiting areas, lounge corners or exclusive restaurants.
We are a non-smoking household, this lamp is first-hand!
