Designer: Florence Knoll Manufacturer: De Coene / Knoll International Model: 52 / Parallel Bar Country: USA Period: 1950s Materials: Wool, steel Condition: Good Width: 145cm Depth: 80cm Height: 77cm ZH: 40cm A 2-seater sofa with armrests from the 'Parallel Bar' series designed by Florence Knoll Basset around 1954. Early version from 1960 probably manufactured by De Coene in Kortrijk under license for Knoll International. Reupholstered in a cream white wool fabric. In excellent condition with some normal wear to the metal parts.
