Beautiful minimalist vintage floor lamp by Benno Premsela. Benno Premsela, versatile designer and interior designer became known, among other things, for his impressive window displays for the Bijenkorf department store in Amsterdam. His work is smart, minimalist, functional and manages to approach an aesthetic that is timeless. "A lamp should provide sufficient light distribution in the room and provide enough light for reading. Moreover, the light must not dazzle and a lamp must be affordable." Benno Premsela 1982 The Lotek is one of his most famous designs and has since become a style icon. The lamp consists of some fine parts, including metal uprights, frames and cream colored Vlieseline cloth The lamp is shipped disassembled, assembling it is quite easy (a copy of the instructions is included) There is an E27 bulb in the shade Dimensions: W 35 x D 35 X H 125 cm The lamp is in very nice condition considering its age, the Vlieseline cloth has a slight discoloration on top where it meets the diagonal of the frame, perhaps easy to clean or by changing or flipping the cloth The pictures are part of the description *These are 2ndhand items. 2ndhand items may have signs of use, discoloration and minor damage.
