An example of a 1970s Space Age form-inspired floor lamp with a large "mushroom / mushroom" shade. Probably from manufacturer Dijkstra, Netherlands. The shade is made of hard plastic, and the frame and base are white lacquered metal. The lamp can be turned on and off with a subtle string and has two standard E27 fittings. The whole is in a neat vintage condition, the shade is intact, on the base we can see some small dots that show a patina entirely appropriate to its age.
