On offer is the HARLEQUIN sofa / bench by busk+hertzog for +HALLE from 2004 !
It is a white 2-3 seater sofa / couch / leather sofa in the color white. It stood in our showroom for about 10 years and came to us directly from the designer furniture store and was only occasionally used as a seat for customer visits.
The sofa is an absolute rarity in this version and is no longer manufactured. Even if it basically shows hardly any massive signs of use or is "worn through", it has a minimal smooth CUT/incision at the front right, on the lower edge, approx. 5 cm long (see photo) This is hardly visible, but still present.
The quilting of the Harlequin creates an obvious link to the traditional Chesterfield. However, the light stainless steel feet and the straight lined edges make the Harlequin sofa very light and modern in its expression. The slim but double armrests combine the aesthetics of the two contradictions - fullness and minimalism. The Harlequin sofa fits perfectly with traditional buildings as well as new and modern architecture and is available as a 2- and 3-seater. The family also includes the Harlequin Chair
