Very nice and large Color giclee on 340 gram Fine Art Canvas and wooden stretcher. Size of work 45 x 60 cm in new condition. The sides are very nicely finished in the motif of the work. The work is ready to hang and is commissioned. oseph Fernand Henri (Fernand) Léger was a French painter and sculptor. He is considered an important representative of Cubism. Léger was the son of cattle farmer Henri-Armand Léger and his wife Marie-Adèle Daunou, whose father died when he was 4 years old. At the age of 16, Léger was apprenticed to an architect in Caen. In 1900, he left for Paris, where he settled in the Montparnasse district. Here, too, he worked for a time with an architect. He took classes at the École des Arts Décoratifs and at the Académie Julian. His paintings of this time are influenced by Impressionism.
