2 UNIQUE PIECES!!! TOP condition!!! There are only 2 copies worldwide, as they are custom-made. Each sofa can be purchased individually here at Whoppah. Very well preserved exclusive Etienne AIGNER leather sofa! At that time the KNOLL sofa was taken as a design template, therefore almost identical to the KNOll model, and the upholstery was covered with the very high quality original Etienne AIGNER leather. We own 2 of these sofas, but they can be purchased separately at Whoppah.
The AIGNER sofas were made exclusively for an AIGNER store interior. Both were never used in a store, but in a prestigious home and very little used. The leather upholstery is in very good condition! White, aniline-dyed high-quality AIGNER leather with comfortable upholstery, consisting of individual cushions that can be removed. As the sofa was hardly used, the leather is neither worn out nor damaged. The upholstery is also in very good condition, not worn through, no stains, no scratches, etc. The leather is bright white! The back of the upholstery is covered with AIGNER logo fabric.
The body is made of sturdy white veneered wood, very robust and of high quality. The veneer color has yellowed slightly over the years due to UV light (no traces of nicotine, as the sofa was in our non-smoking household). If necessary, the straight surfaces can easily be re-foiled and the sofa will look like new again. The outer fabric of the body is slightly dusty, but this is not visible as the leather upholstery covers it (see picture). The dust can certainly be easily removed from the fabric.
The sofa is very sturdily built and very heavy. 2 people are absolutely necessary for transportation!
