Product description
Flower shaped backlit mirror. Though this mirror is somewhat reminiscent of the Stilnovo mirrors, this highly decorative piece was in fact designed by the Czech-German artist Ernst Igl (1920-2001) for Hillebrand of Cologne. The mirror holds four E14 lamps which emit the light evenly and accentuate the shape of the petals.
Date of manufacture is 15-01-1968 (see picture).
The lighting system and the wire is used but in a good condition, approved to European standards. Works in the US.
Dimensions: diameter 18.7 in. (47,5) and diameter mirror glass 14.2 inches (36 cm).
Beautiful condition, consistent with age and use. One very thin scratch to the metal (see last picture).
