Founded as a family business in 1934 by Arnold Reininghaus (1907-2003), Paul Buschhaus and Karl Reeber in Lüdenscheid, Westphalia Germany. Before 1930 it produced parts for lighting, including a tension spring system for hanging lamps. Such as the Italian brand Rolly. Afterwards they started the production of finished lighting fixtures. The company still operates today as a family business.
