This unique kitchen table is made from one board (shell piece) of Poplar wood. Poplar wood is characterized by the beautiful variation in grain and flame structure of the wood. I applied a few charred sections that follow the shapes of the grain. I filled the sections with epoxy. This way you get a unique 3D effect in the table.
