Early Flexform Tube chair by Joe Colombo for Comfort Italy
Beautiful early flexform Tube chair in a purple version.
The Tube chair model was designed by Joe Colombo for Comfort Italy in the late 1960s.
The chair is composed of four hollow cylinders. These are made of polypropylene through a rotational molding process. Each of the four cylinders is a different size and together they can be attached to each other as desired. The different parts are attached to each other by metal clamps. Each element is encased with polyurethane foam and which is covered with upholstery. You have a choice of two different variants.
