Extraordinary stool by Japanese designer Yasu Sasamoto, designed around 1990 for Dulton.
Called the Wisdom Tooth because, yes indeed, it bears a strong resemblance to a wisdom tooth.
Born in Japan in 1952, Yasuaki Sasamoto studied Architecture at the University in Japan and graduated in 1975. After working for various companies as a designer, he founded the Dulton Company in Japan in 1989.

In an infrequent blue-gray hammer finish color, giving the stool an extra industrial look.
