Industrial-style bar stool by Japanese designer Yasu Sasmoto. He was the first to use a tractor seat for his designs.

YASUAKI SASAMOTO
Born in 1952, Studied Architecture University in Japan and Graduated in 1975, lived in the USA from 1975 to 1977, began designing products for the home after 1978, Yasu designed watches for famous Swiss watch company from 1984 to 1987, established the Dulton Company Ltd. in Japan in 1989.
The bar stool is in good condition, but has some discoloration on the upright where the chrome is slightly tarnished (see photo).
Some of the bolts are no longer original, but have been replaced with new, good-looking ones. (See photo)
