Beautiful dinner table designed by Philippe Starck for Driade Aleph. This table has been produced with various surfaces. The surface of this one is glass. The legs are metal, I suspect iron/chrome. Purchase date 14 Oct 1996 and it has seen extremely little and very careful use. Part of an inheritance.

This table has seen extremely minimal use over its lifetime. I haven't spotted any scratches myself, but I am uncomfortable to say it is excellent as I might have missed something.
