Cabinet is made of wood. Equipped with 3 shelves. Doors with braided reed motif. Made in Italy.
Under the name of Maisa, Derk Jan de Vries designed furniture in the 1960s and 1970s in Italy, where he now lived, with the characteristic style icon on the corners of the cabinet. See detail in one of the photos. At the time it was sold in the Netherlands at a limited number of sales addresses.
The cabinet was purchased in 1976 and has been in our possession for 46 years. We liked the entire design oeuvre of Derk Jan de Vries so much that several pieces of furniture were purchased.
