Beautiful ceramic table lamp designed by Per Linnemann Schmidt for Palshus. The Danish sculptor and ceramicist, together with his wife Annelise Linnemann-Schmidt, created in 1949; Palshus Stentøj founded. The name Palshus was a combination of both their initials with the addition of the Danish word for house, Hus. Until 1972 they made tableware, vases and lamps in typical Scandinavian earth tones. This lamp has a base with green glaze. The shade is folded in the style of Le Klint and clamps onto the light bulb. The table lamp has a total height of 31 cm and the shade has a diameter of 24 cm.
The lamp is marked and in very good vintage condition.
