Product description
The artist Cyril Lixenberg strives for a minimum of resources in his work. The shapes he starts from are the circle, the triangle and the square. He experiments with this endlessly. The shapes constantly change in function, quality and context. This means he never falls into repetitions. His use of color is often limited to the primary colors: red, yellow and blue. His images also have a graphic appearance. The geometric flat shapes are made of Cortèn steel. He manipulates these shapes until a spatial object is created. Many statues of Lixenberg are in the Flevopolder. They form an unexpected element in the vast, simple landscape.
