Product description
Very nice vintage covered pot or butter pot, traditional Moroccan craftsmanship signed Safi and other signatures to be identified. Hand-painted and glazed terracotta. Attractive low round shape with high lid and large pierced knob at top. Traditional pink, edged and dotted motifs, interspersed with vertical yellow, navy blue and dark green stripes. Total height 14.5cm, bottom only 6cm. Max. diameter 11cm. Very good overall condition, one discreet chip on the base and a few manufacturing defects and cracks in the varnish. Approx. 600gr.
