In 2021, at the vmbo school where I worked, we held an action in cooperation with the municipality and the local Rotary. This involved placing the first concrete tile with the text "Here begins the sea" in the schoolyard near a street drain. For more impact, we went roadside trash picking with the students and I changed the slogan to "Here at home, the sea begins. Hence the image of a sink plug in the new logo.
Of these, I printed several on small ceramic tiles.
The most inspired students then received such a small tile.
This year I decided to cast a leftover tile in concrete and put a box around it. A lot of work but the result is very nice I think.
