Mid - Century cabinet designed by Willem Lutjens for Den Boer's furniture factories of Gouda. Designed and made in the 1950s, this wooden wall cabinet is from the same era as the distinctive cane cabinet and the designs of Cor Alons
Special features of this Den Boer wall cabinet are the round shaped sides of birch veneer, the curved legs and the interior finished with teak veneer.
This cabinet is made of thin layers of wood, pressed together with synthetic resin glue, then glued by high-frequency steam indissolubly into a solid whole, the keys are marked DB.
Dimensions; Height 174.5 width 150 and depth 55 centimeters. The cabinet can be disassembled.
