Stylish antique Dutch Empire Chiffonnière with 7 large drawers, standing on large bulbous legs. On the flanks are fully blackened bronze pillars with stylish rosettes above and below. The drawers are constructed with dovetail joints and all have ornate ring hardware. Stylish and practical antique cabinet with plenty of storage space, comes from an estate in Luxembourg. The cabinet is made entirely of blond oak and is in good antique condition with of course minor traces of use and age. Unfortunately, the cabinet has had to endure some repairs, as can be seen in the photo, but in our opinion that gives it its authentic charm.
Of course a cabinet that already has a whole life behind it, (over 200 years) has signs of use, Stains, scratches, repairs, dents but that is the story of this beautiful cabinet, Overall, the cabinet is in very good condition.
