CPL F1 is a slim floor lamp for private and commercial spaces, distinguished by its timelessness and noble effect. A mouth-blown, cylinder-shaped shade rests on a chrome-plated metal frame. This shade shape is characteristic of all lamps in the CPL series, by Austrian designer Christian Ploderer. The first examples of the series he designed already date back to 1998, and due to the series' great popularity, new examples are added again and again. Christian Ploderer has specialized in the lighting sector, designing luminaires and planning lighting. Since 2006, he has been working in his own design office, creating lighting concepts for architectural projects. The CPL F1 floor lamp can be dimmed using an integrated dimmer. The luminaires are manufactured in Italy by Prandina. The company, founded in 1998 by Sergio Prandina, has made a name for itself with its luminaire creations, mainly in mouth-blown glass, and works with renowned architects and designers. Prandina's highly acclaimed lighting fixtures decorate and illuminate many of the world's leading hotel chains and commercial premises.
