Chantalle Smeets followed her education at the Art Academy and then followed her own path.
Then after 4 years WIK (Artist Income Benefit Act) in Maastricht Netherlands, 20 years active as a professional artist. Together with Martiene Stevens (her partner and also artist), they manage Kunsthuis Trobar Riemst (B).
Chantalle Smeets has developed her own style, which is visible in her sculptures of bronze, stone, ceramic and wood. Her source of inspiration is nature. She has exhibited at various galleries and castles (including sculpture gardens) in the Netherlands, Belgium and Spain and sells throughout Europe, America and the Canary Islands.
