Chandelier Church - 7 Chalices - 115cm - 1970s - Germany
This huge chandelier is for sale after renovation of the Evangelical-Lutherische St.-Johannis church in the place Hitzacker "Germany" and is very special because of its huge size.
All lighting was made by Gerhard Basedow, this name is on the 2 smaller versions of this chandelier and are all made in the same style and with the same material. The 7 glass chandeliers, each 21cm in diameter, hang from a half-centimeter thick steel frame. From below, the lamp is very impressive and gives the room a special character. All glass chalices are still in excellent condition as is the steel white frame.
The metal arms are a bit weathered, but that gives the lamp its character.
