This Maralunga is a design by Vico Magistretti for Cassina. The design comes from 1974 and is considered one of the most famous Italian designer sofas. Magistretti wanted to design a sofa that would still be relevant over time, a design that survives generations. He achieved this by bringing comfort, quality and design together in the design. In addition, it is the backrests in particular that make the sofa unique and characteristic. They can be bent independently of each other to a 90-degree angle, if you feel like curling up in them, but they can also be placed against the back of the sofa for deliciously soft back support.
