Splendid pair of bedside tables in walnut burl, also called "Butterfly" for the particular shape of their doors. Entirely in walnut burl and walnut with legs in rosewood and shoes in worked brass. Central pendulum handles in worked brass and original from the period. High work of the glassmaker with the black glass silkscreened in gold individually for each bedside table. Bedside tables of refined elegance.
Restored with shellac both internally and externally according to the period criteria of the master cabinetmakers and in excellent conditions if not fabulous.
