Set of 6 dining chairs in oak wood, according to the philosophy of Pieter de Bruyne, Emiel Veranneman, Alfred Hendrickx etc. Typical Belgian geometric design from the 1970s. The chairs have an integrated backrest placed inside the oak frame, which provides for an interesting visual aspect. As well, the floating seat furthers this visual distinction. The frame consists out of solid oak, the upholstery is a black leatherette. The chairs have been reupholstered in black leatherette. Unfortunately the backrests have been lost in the proces. The chairs can be used as such or new backrests can be created. Price for new upholstered backrests is 500 euro.
