Very unique and rare dining room set from the 1980s. Brutalist sculptural set in the style of Afra & Tobia Scarpa, Italy. Beautiful set consisting of a (extendable) dining table and 6 postmodern dining chairs. The solid alder table has a graceful leg with curved and flat round base and is easy to extend. You place the spacers in between the extending sections and click into place. The chairs are beautifully organically designed and also made of solid alder. The chairs have been stripped and have new cold foam villing. They are upholstered with high-quality teddy fabric in royal blue color. The set has been completely restored and returned to like-new condition. Great attention has been paid to details. Stunning decorative nails, round finishes, wooden cover caps, wood joints and chrome click system. It is a special set that you don't come across very often, especially in this condition.
