Vintage Shaker dining table, model 6286, designed by Borge Møgensen in 1964 for Fredericia Stolefabrik Denmark. . The design was inspired by the American Shaker movement. It is a modified and minimalist version of the classic Shaker trestle table. The table has a solid oak frame and the top is also made of solid oak planks. The table has been re-soaped. Very nice, neat and elegant table. It is in excellent condition, only minimal signs of use on the frame. The table is (partially) marked with the original Fredericia label. Nice to combine with the Ch46 chairs by Hans J. Wegner.
Dimensions are as follows: height 70 cm, width 195 cm and depth 97.5 cm.
